Why Corporate Values Matter

Values are important for any business...

So I thought I might share my values as a Fractional CMO and Marketing Advisor.

It's important for values to be:
💡 Target focused.
💡 Specific, clean and not totally generic.
💡 About the impact you make. Not a list of what you do.

𝗔𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗭𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹:

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱: Gain a sense of confidence and control in understanding the heart of your business

𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱: Comfort in knowing that you now have a "partner in crime" who knows your business, as well as you do.

𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱: Questioning intuition and instincts as a business owner can be dangerous. It can be paralyzing and confusing. We offer coaching and insight while recognizing and respecting that you are the captain of this ship. And we will remind you of it when you forget.
